Deliverables
The Metropolitan & Peninsula Strategic Audit is a comprehensive evaluation of the student’s current trajectory against the shifting standards of postsecondary institutions. You will receive three distinct deliverables:
01Institutional
Gap Analysis
We perform an analysis of the student’s current profile (GPA, test scores, extracurricular activities, and professional readiness) to map the current narrative against the specific institutional priorities.
02Narrative
Roadmap
A high-level strategic plan. We identify achieveble, sustainable, differentiatiors and/or competitive advantages required to make them a selective candidate rather than just a qualified one.
03Multi-Year
Timeline
A tactical plan of high-impact milestones for the next 12–24 months including specific extracurricular activites to target, and any academic achievements necessary to bridge any gaps.

-
Most consultations are introductory. Metropolitan & Peninsula’s Strategic Audit is a deliverable-based engagement. We perform a deep-dive on the student's transcripts, extra-curricular resumes, and technical credentials to produce a 24-month execution blueprint.
-
Yes. Should you choose to engage Metropolitan & Peninsula within 30 days of your session, the $750 Strategic Audit fee is credited in full toward your initial engagement.
-
While not mandatory, it is highly encouraged. We find that direct engagement with the student is essential for auditing their professional readiness and interview rigor. The session is often most effective as a collaboration with the family unit and ensures that goals are aligned from the beginning.
